In this proceeding concerning the certification of Rebel Lee Pflugbeil for involuntary treatment of a mental disorder, the People appeal the order of the trial court denying a motion for confiscation of Pflugbeils weapons. Pflugbeil cross-appeals the order of the trial court granting an extension of his certification for short-term treatment, and the trial courts order denying his motion for amendment of judgment. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
