Defendant, Mark Stanton Henderson, appeals the judgment of conviction and the sentences imposed following a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts each of first degree sexual assault, sexual assault on a child, and second degree kidnapping involving sexual assault. All charges were based on the events of a single evening after the two teenage victims hitchhiked a ride with the defendant.
